If there is any provision in these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to ask the Company to explain it to you before you accept the Terms and Conditions or continue using the Website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended or must be understood to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any right or obligation, as the case may be, created for either you or the Company in terms of the CPA.
The Company permits the use of this Website subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this Website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally. You must not use this Website if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions.

All in and out call will be recorded for quality and training purposes, improve the customer experience, boost agent productivity, evaluate agent performance, resolve disputes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice as and when required, and are usually linked to changes in the Rand Dollar exchange rate.
All products are available for purchase, however there may be instances where our suppliers will be out of stock. In this instance, we will notify you accordingly and advise you of an alternative. - Western Cape: 1 to 3 working days

- 2 – 5 work days: Delivery to remote areas
Deliveries usually occur within the above time frames however, are not guaranteed.

General Delivery Info
- We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via Courier (Door to Door)
- Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding public holidays
- Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively the goods will be returned
- Should no one accept the delivery first time around, a second delivery attempt will be arranged at a charge of R99
Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our bank account (business hours)
- We do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa, but you may arrange for a courier service to collect from us once an arrangement has been made – applicable to international customers only
- Ink Star is not a registered exporter and therefore do not deliver goods outside the borders of South Africa. All invoices will carry a charge of 14% VAT
Pargo Collections currently cost R65 to any Pargo Point.
What is Pargo
Pargo is a convenient delivery option that offers deliveries to pick-up points around the country. You can collect your parcels at the Pargo parcel points of your choice, when it suits you best. Pargo parcel points are established in well-known and trusted South African retail stores. All you have to do is collect the parcel, at a time that suits you.
How to Select Pargo as your Delivery Option
During checkout you select to use Pargo as your shipping method from the Delivery Options available. First enter your address, if you haven’t done so before. This allows the Pargo point selection to focus on points near your location. We recommend using a cellphone number as your telephone number, as Pargo will then be able to send you SMS notifications of your delivery.
When you select between the delivery options it will automatically update the shipping amount on your screen. When Pargo is selected a button “Select Pargo Point” will appear to select the Pargo point you want your parcel delivered to. When you click the button a map will appear, showing the Pargo points nearest to your address (if Google is unable to determine your address from the checkout page it will request your current location). You can then select the point, either from a list next to the map, or on the map itself. Once you select a point, it will be stored on the address so in future it will automatically be the default selected point. Your shipping method will also be remembered.
How to Collect your Pargo Delivery
You will receive an SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection. Normally delivery will take 2 days, dependant on the location of your Pargo point. You will need to bring your Green Barcoded ID Document and the Pargo Code, you received in your SMS and/or email notification, in order to collect your parcel. You have up to 14 Days to collect your parcel from your Pargo Point. Please note that many Pargo Points are open 24/7 but please check the opening times of your selected point on the Pargo website. http://pargo.co.za/
Restrictions on Pargo Deliveries
The following cannot be sent via Pargo, and the option to use Pargo will not display if your order meets any of the following criteria
- The Order exceeds R2000.00 in value
- The Mass of the order exceeds 5kg
- The Size of an item will not fit in a standard courier flyer bag
- The Number of items in your order will not fit in a standard courier flyer bag

No returns will be entertained after 30 days from date of purchase unless the product is deemed faulty. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit provided that the product and its packaging is undamaged, unused and in a salable state. Credit will be passed less the original courier costs involved in sending and collecting such products.
We endeavor to process a credit within 5 working days from receiving the products for credit.
If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service on email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We urge you to ensure that you are ordering the correct cartridges for your printer. We do not accept responsibility in the event that you identify and order the incorrect product and or cartridges. If you are unsure of the correct cartridges we recommend you extract the cartridges currently in your printer to identify the correct model numbers or email email@example.com for assistance.
Ink Star does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before placing orders.
INK STAR agreements with its suppliers with regards to returns in terms of Section 55 of the CPA shall apply mutatis mutandis to THE CLIENT, having the effect such that the terms apply directly between THE CLIENT and the supplier of the product that THE CLIENT wishes to return. INK STAR will merely act as an intermediately between THE CLIENT and the supplier. Returns of items with damage to any barcode, serial number or identification number will not be accepted. All costs relating to the return of items, including but not limited courier cost, shall be payable by THE CLIENT.INK STAR may charge a handling fee on returns. All risk of damage, theft or loss of the items being returned shall rest with THE CLIENT.
Cooling off Period
THE CLIENT shall not be entitled to the cooling-off provisions as contained in section 44 of the ECT Act since There are no payments received directly through the website. THE CLIENT requests a formal quotation prior to making the purchase. All orders are made to the specifications of THE CLIENT.

All warranties are covered by the manufacturers themselves and dealt with in the same way as if this item is purchased from any authorised retail outlet. No Warranty from damage from natural disaster No Warranty if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with.
All goods sold by Ink Star carry a minimum of 1-year Carry in manufacturer’s warranty.
Ink Star will repair, replace or refund any product deemed to be faulty if reported within 7 days after acceptance of goods
Manufacturers must be contacted directly for warranty queries after 7 days of acceptance of goods
Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedures
